Most display a great love unabashed,
For potatoes in the form of mashed.
I prefer solid food,
Though to no host I’m rude,
And all’s good when in butter splashed.
Who to choose in an election,
May involve lots of bullshit detection.
Our system, in summary,
Allows for much flummery,
As the hopefuls expound their perfection.
Though the burning makes me scream “my gosh!”
We all know the good of mouthwash,
And it’s not all just mental,
There’s real benefit dental,
As through gums not so fresh it does slosh.
If you’re through with your boss’ hellfire,
And with wearing that stuffy attire,
Don’t feel down on your luck,
Life won’t forever suck,
‘Cause in thirty years you can retire.
Some people are notably keen,
On the eating of fancy cuisine,
That it’s good I agree,
But I’d much rather see
Any food dish involving the bean.
If you’ve got yourself a granny smith,
You might think of that old doctor myth,
Healthy eating’s all right,
But forget those teeth white,
I say coat it in caramel forthwith.
I don’t much enjoy bobbing for fruit,
Though some do it with a skill acute,
An apple wastes room,
I’d much rather consume,
More sweets than my brain can compute.
